So many people working there and everyone was just talking. There was only me and two other people and it took so long. I got a coffee and when I went to help myself and told the worker it was empty, she did nothing and just looked at me. Trash was really full and the plates. Love Panera but wish the service was better
I go here almost daily... Absolutely the friendliest team members I have experienced in a fast casual restaurant. Great job!
Good crowd here. I have been just once. Got the coffee from the self-service area, and I was a little upset as Coffee was not so hot. So, I had to wait a little longer to get the refill. Got the soup and chicken sandwich with coffee for takeaway. Service was good, atmosphere definitely visible with many customers in the store.
