I got a delivery order from this Panera yesterday, ordered from the Panera app. When it was delivered, they left out 3 drinks, silverware, napkins and a pumpkin cinnamon roll. The Panera employee blamed the driver, while the driver said he asked for our order and was handed one bad and sent on his way. We were “compensated” by being allowed to drive all the way to the store and pick up our missing items. At least they remade the drinks for us? But somehow they were still melted.
