Terrible management, Mistie the gm extremely rude and does not train employees right, Azalia disrespectful and shows favoritism toxic workplace, cheap, and disgusting. Food was sloppy given a sandwich with the wrong bread middle of the day, how could it run out? Barely any meat and employees are not being trained right clearly, older employees are just downright mean and way to comfortable? Wasnt given utensils and apple was old.

Poor customer service and poor employee training.
I rarely write reviews, but my recent take-out order from Panera was such a letdown that I feel it's worth sharing. I placed my order online for pickup, expecting the same quality and attention to detail I usually get when ordering take out. Unfortunately, what I received was sloppy and careless. My food was missing items, the packaging was messy, and what was there looked like it had been thrown together in a rush.
