RUDE and they mark in the app your food is "ready" when they haven't even started. Waiting 20+ min after it's supposedly "ready". Lady is also using her SHIRT SLEEVES to handle food. Yuck.
Absolutely pathetic. My wife got a 1/2 sandwich, chips and a drink along with a pumpkin loaf for dessert. I got a bowl of what Panera calls Homestyle chicken noodle soup, for which we paid over $24.00. Like other reviews I read, the soup was embarrassing. $8.50 for a bowl that contained 3 pieces of chicken, one smaller than the other, maybe 12 to 15 wide noodles and specs of celery and carrots and the rest salty broth. This is one of the dirtiest Panera that i have been to and I travel all over. It was hard to find a clean table. Floor dirty. Server brought a plate out to a table with a number that was left, left the food, and no one was sitting at the table. No one ever came to the table by me looking for their meal so I told the kitchen person. They said they would be out. Did not come. I asked a senior lady sitting around the corner. It was hers.
