Soup is good. Sandwiches are good.
Soups are very salty, portions are small compared with how much money they charge, wasn’t small portions when I went to Panera bread another time in galleria area! not doing very good with cleaning! , restroom, Floor, and tables! Unorganized and late servings! Which i think goes back to poor management, I love Panera bread, will Continue to going there if they fix problems !I came back after 2 years ! Empty restaurant at 12;30, my sandwich and smoothie 20+ mins only to be prepared wrong… The tickets right but the team and expo just simply don’t bother looking. Customer service & experience sad & depressing. El Dorado location better choice…
This place is so bad, they are constantly low on things, people not doing the orders right and making double the same item we just need one of, and they are all over the place. Won't come here again.
