Great place to study, very attentive staff and good food.
Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on 1 sandwich and 1 mac and cheese and was never even acknowledged. It was 6:30 and I was the only car there. No reason it should have been that long of a wait.
I rarely eat here because I cook at home. The chicken salad sandwich was very good. They were also putting in new ordering screens. Much larger for us almost seniors.
I literally got a salad and soup waited for it for 30 minutes gas is too expensive for me to be sitting in a drive through for 30 minutes. No apology or since of urgency at all. Utterly ridiculous still waiting as I type this review
Twice we’ve ordered takeout from here. Both times the orders have been completely wrong. Today it was no lettuce, bruised fruit, 2 out of 3 sandwiches were not correct. Sides were missing. Also I can’t explain how poorly constructed the sandwiches were. No care given. We got no baguettes. We called to complain and were told “we don’t have any baguettes so you wouldn’t get those anyway” How is this place still open? They give Panera a bad name. I’ll drive to another freakin city rather than go there again.
