I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Panera Bread. The service and food both missed the mark. The person taking our order seemed annoyed the entire time, like we were bothering them just by being there. There was no friendliness or patience, and it made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Walked out after 15 minutes and the line had not moved.
They are so slow and so rude at this location. It took them nearly 1/2 hour to get my 2 lattes ready this morning, there was no-one in line, just me. They marked my order ready but they hadn’t even began to make it. I go inside the location to order. I always complain about the same thing- I pay for a 16 oz drink but get about 10oz of actual drink and 6 of foam and air.

Love the cranberry walnut chicken salad! Some of the best I've had! Friendly, helpful staff. I was there around 3 or so in the afternoon, wasn't crowded at all which is a big plus for me, I like it when its calm and you can actually enjoy your food and atmosphere. And, by the way, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty tasty to.😀
