I always love their Hazelnut coffee, that will never change. But today they did me dirty. While in to get a cup of coffee, I asked if they had any bananas. The lady at the register said yes and put one in a bag for me and charged me about $1. But when I got to work I opened the bag to see a nasty over ripe, sticky mashed banana with a hole in it. Your days are numbered. I dont understand why i can never get any freaking macaroons or any decent service!?!? I put my order in yesterday at 11:42 am for 2 bagels and 3 macaroons at 615 am today. I arrived at 619am today. Nothing in the pick up area. They say you got to wait another 15 min on the macaroons but i have to go to work! I love this location because it is right by my house, and I can have my food delivered, but as of late, I am always missing something. This morning it was my drink. I couldn't go get it today due to car being in the shop but this is starting to be a pattern and I am tired. I did receive a credit back on my debit card, but come on now.
