Hmmmmmm, not the same Panera Bread I used to go years ago.... I guess they are on downhill? However, the service was very good
Delicious food and awesome staff! They brought the food to our table and checked on us a couple of times and took the dishes when we were done.
I was making an order at 9:09am up front in person and this black lady Jessica was rude how she talked to me she shouted at me ‘AND WHAT IS YOUR NAME!’ And I said my name Jc. I didn’t say nothing to her and she’s lucky that I didn’t cuss her out but I kept my mouth shut. I never had this experience here in this Panera bread location. Check your employee Jessica with that nasty switched attitude and energy she had with the customer.
Great service. Food came out quickly, manager brought it to the table, brought us extra condiments. Took our dirty dishes and brought us napkins. As always the food was good as well.
