I frequent this Panera a lot. I have to say this visit has been very disappointing. We were never asked if we wanted to eat here or to go. All of our food was packaged to go. My sandwich was wrong after waiting 30 minutes for it. When I took it back the young man behind the counter didn't say one word to me. Just threw it in the trash with an attitude and made a new one. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, family oriented, and happy. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. The food is prepared upon order and delicious. The employees are friendly, polite, helpful, attentive, and happy.
Lo mejor, fueron los Bacon Mac & Cheese.
Soup was nice and hot and the sandwiches always on point when ordering
