Wow, how is it possible that a Panera is THIS bad. The food is fine - typical Panera, but the people… rude, inattentive, unable to answer basic questions or relay information about an order. I ordered a chai plus espresso, got it, took a sip and there was no espresso. Looked at the cashier and said does this have espresso in it and she responded “I don’t know.” That’s it.
