Unfortunately ordered off the app 3 times in a row. App says food is ready. I get there and food is not ready. Last time I was there it took nearly 25 mins for my food to be made when the app said everything was ready. I understand it is lunch hour however don’t say in the app it’s ready then have people waiting at the store when it’s not. That is the point of the app. I won’t be visiting this location for a while because of this. I will go somewhere else for lunch. Hopefully this location gets itself together.

For a Panera Cafe, I give this location 5 stars. The management team and staff has cleaned this place up and they are attentive to making sure the customers are happy. As a regular Sip club member, my family and I are very happy that Lovens and his team is in charge. Even when most of the time, all we want is a cup of coffee, it's nice when we are consistently greeted with a smile and the staff asks if you need anything else.
