Order one item and they could not even do that right! The level of racism in America is really bad! Look how they handled my food. All because I’m a Black woman! Panera Bread employees did this deliberately to cause a problem and the Manager called Clayton County Police all to set me up because I’m a Black woman! I ordered a whole salad, so why they didn't give me any i asked for some and homegirl came back with 1one cup of dressing smh. The customer service is hit or miss at this location they have very young children at the drivethru most of the time
Be careful of where you eat. My husband and I dine in at this location, our sandwiches were very good and customer service was excellent However when I returned to the counter to order our dessert to my horror I discovered a fly crawling on the chocolate chip cookies. I told the associate and he tried to kill it with an oven mitt. He then asked me if I want to order something else. It made me wonder if there was flies elsewhere in this establishment. The cookies wasn't removed.
