Her mannerisms and customer service skills are what every food service company needs. I even apologized several times for being confused and confusing her🤣 Her attitude did not change. To me Panera has always been a level above fast food places. This location has only been around this area for a short time 1+ year. Unfortunately they operate the exact same way as their fast food neighbors (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Zaxbys). What do I mean? 1. Employees who dont pay attention when taking an order. 2. Employees who really dont want to work there....just there for a paycheck. 3. Wrong orders 4.
