Staff was kind yet they were standing around on their phones.. portions used to be bigger. They cut down on their portions. Yet they upped their prices on food.
The sandwiches at Pottstown tend to have everything piled in one spot on the bread/roll. Since the Focaccia has been changed and is too thick, we ordered the sandwich on bread next time in but it had so much sauce that the sourdough soaked through and fell apart as we ate.
Had lunch there for the first time today with some family. Jocelyn was extremely helpful at the counter. Our meals were all correct and they even accommodated a gluten free request. Manager brought us our meals and came by to make sure all was okay. Even brought our little one a cookie. Best Panera I have been in for some time.
