I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I pulled into the drive-thru at 8:52 PM. It took until about 8:54 PM for someone to take my order. After realizing the restaurant closed at 9:00 PM, I apologized and asked if it was still okay to order. The employee said yes and mentioned they closed in six minutes, so I proceeded with my order. Absolutely mind-blowing food experience at the Panera Bread on Shoemaker Road in Pottstown! We've stopped at this location several times on our way home from King of Prussia Mall, and I can honestly say this is, by far, the best Panera Bread we've ever visited—and we've been to countless Panera locations all across the country. I recently placed an order on DoorDash for Chicken Noodle soup. When it arrived to me it was just broth, and no noddles, chicken, carrots, etc. I called the store to let them know, and the store manager Brooklyn was AMAZING! She offered to give me a new soup and even threw in a pastry. I came the next day to get it and she was so pleasant & sweet. Her customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this Panera location.
Absolutely amazing customer service. I was feeling sick today so I came through the drive thru to get a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with a bread bowl on the side. The lady who took my order got confused and gave me a bread bowl with a cup of soup, which makes sense since I added the sourdough bread bowl as well. I just wanted a bigger container of soup so I could have some for later.
