I observed one male employee with big loose hair handling money with gloves and with the same hand handling bread, and arranging food, never removed the gloves. I will not be coming back, especially after waiting 27 minutes for a half a sandwich and then the girl behind the register saying they got the order wrong and they are fixing it, I asked for a refund and left. Panera's manager needs do better. And put a hair net on those employees with loose, big hair. He had a cap above the hair, once in a while he will fix his cap ... read more

I had a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Jeinna! She was incredibly welcoming from the moment I came in to pick up my order. She greeted every guest with a smile, made sure pickup orders were handled quickly and accurately, and had such a friendly, positive attitude. Even though it was busy, she stayed professional, kind, and made everyone feel valued and important. It’s employees like Jeinna who make customers want to come back. She provides excellent customer service and is a wonderful asset to the Panera team!
