I literally stopped going to Panera for almost two years because of this location. I decided to give it another chance yesterday, and I can honestly say I wasn’t missing out. The way they prepare the food is disgusting, and don’t even get me started on the staff—they’re slow, unorganized, and seem completely clueless. They make you wait over 15 mins for a simple soup… I can confirm that I won’t be going back to this Panera or any Panera ever again in my lifetime!
Great service but you are getting so expensive one person $20 dollars!!! This is a mistake and your sandwich is so small for the price, do something plus recently I am not earning any points!!!!!

The “new” Caesar salad was noticeably blander than before. I also ordered through the kiosk and paid for add-ons to our sandwiches, including extra chicken and toppings, but none of them were included in the order. Since it was takeout, we didn’t realize until we got home. We only live about five minutes away, but unfortunately this experience makes me not want to return to this Panera location.
