It's ok here, unless you want drink variety. They have been out of sodas for over a month. Compared to other locations, that is kind of pathetic, especially now that it is summer and everyone is hot. For coffee and tea drinkers, you are ok, except most staff are very weak on checking and refilling the creamers unless someone asks a staff member to do it. Also, their wifi is weak and will not extend out to the patio area.

Wow what a great place. The customer service was fantastic. Relatively new store the moved from across the strip mall. The place is Immaculate the staff is friendly and attentive to customers. Always cleaning tables, keeping the computer ordering tablets germ free. I love this store.

I was pretty upset with the lack of customer service they had when I realized I placed my order at the wrong location. I was told by the location I thought I ordered at that I could call and get it sorted out because there is no way to cancel an order apparently. Well, when I called the location I explained that I was no where near the area and wouldn’t be able to pick up the order. They offered no resolution. No, refund (because it was already made), no voucher to use another time. I worked in food service for many years. W... read more
