I’ve visited this Panera multiple times and my experience is usually pleasant. Today however, it was not. I went in to pick up a mobile order and when I got to the counter, I saw that the employee was busy making other orders, so I kindly waited for her to finish making the sandwiches that she had in the oven and placing them in the bag. they have been diluting the coffee. Doesn’t taste/look like coffee anymore. I’ve been with the membership for so long. don’t know if worth it anymore
I recently visited Panera Bread, and I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience was. Going in, I didn’t have particularly high expectations, but the food exceeded them. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared. It’s clear that quality and consistency are a priority here. What stood out the most, however, was the customer service.
