Deli turkey, couple slices in the bravo sandwich. Overall meh. $5 kitchen sink cookie that tasted like the sink. Chicken soup that tastes like it came from the grocery store can. Zero customer service. And all this can be yours $37 for two at lunch. This place went from hero to zero. So sad.
I recently had a cup of chili and an Italiano half sub At Panera Bedford NH facility. I got home 2 hours later and my stomach was upset and resulted in me vomiting up the sandwich and chili for 2 hours until my stomach was empty of the chili. I have never had such a negative reaction to dining out . I am normally very healthy with no digestive issues. The only conclusion I can came to is either food poisoning or Norovirus infection. Beware of the chili.
I’m not a fan of the new kiosk-heavy process—but honestly, that part can be overcome. What can’t be ignored is the attitude shift. When I asked for a real mug instead of a disposable cup, I got a sideways look from food prep staff like I’d asked for something unreasonable. That’s a shame, because this place used to be packed at 9am. Now it’s noticeably quieter—and it’s not hard to see why.
