Ordered my food early and had a set time for picking it up. Came ten minutes later from the time that was set. Food was not ready and then when I asked about my order was told to hold on and the worker worked on other orders. After five minutes she started to work on new orders that had been placed way after my order. Got an attitude because I said that I had order my order way ahead of time and I only get a 30 minute break for lunch and why is my order not ready. Nate and Jeny are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I’ve been coming to Panera weekly for well over a decade. These two go above and beyond with service and attention. Nate exhibits leadership and is very knowledgeable. I wish this location could clone these two.
