The service was terrible, the young man acted like we were bothering him and my order had very little, if any chicken on the frountega sandwich. And the tomatoes for it were placed on part of the sandwich and 2 slices on the tray my food was on. I was not satisfied with any thing at this store on east ridge road rochester ny.
I did delivery and they’re missing ingredients in my salad and nearly half my soup is missing. $11 for a little more than half a bowl of soup and very little flavor in my salad. Disappointing when you spend over $30 on lunch. First time I’ve been disappointed with a Panera.
I’ll typically stand for about 5 minutes when I’m the only one in line and the employees will stare at me or look away and give no indication of when someone will be able to help. Garbage service.
