Panera in general has gone down over the years in my opinion. This location is as poor as I have ever seen. Came in at 1:30 and there were not many people in there. Waited in line for 10 minutes and then finally ordered. Ordered A Pick 2 Smokehouse barbeque. You are supposed to get a half of sandwich and then pick to items ranging from soup, bread or chips. I elected bread and tomato basil soup as my pick 2 items and a drink. The bill was $15.50 and I was up charged for the soup even though I was suppose to get 2 items inclu... read more
literally the worst Panera I've ever had. I've been eating Panera for many years and I will never go to any Panera ever again. they won't even cook the bacon on the bacon double take. it's just basically raw floppy bacon. and they were out of eggs. This is absolutely pathetic and it's going to make me stop going to Panera forever
