placed an order for a greek salad with chicken along with another persons order....received a greek salad with no chicken. It's only 2.00 but the principal of the matter is.....give people what they order

I had high hopes for Panera. I was sorely let down. I spent $14.86 got a bagel toasted with butter, 2 cherry danish, and a Diet Pepsi. I attempted to eat the bagel but the butter was hard and impossible to spread. I purchased the danish for a neighbor so I took them to her and sat with her while she had one. She took one bite and had an awful look on her face. She said it tasted stale and it tasted like cheese that had gone bad. I threw both of them in the trash☹️.
