At 7 pm they were out of 3 different soups and bread bowls. Had to wait for the manager to finish making orders before refunding my order that I already waited for before they realized they were out
Ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter. Simple request one would think..both bagels cold, butter hard as a rock from the fridge. So let's go back to elementary school math here.. Cold bagel+cold butter+plastic knife= bad experience. I follow the Panera is just over priced hospital food and it never disappoints there. Place inside is like a cafeteria and hotel lobby identity crisis. Cold but warm but don't stay long vibe???
I ordered a sandwich but got an angwich The guy said the server was new . 😏 The attitude was terrible.
Store was clean, service was professional and courteous and food was delicious.
