I have eaten here many times. The food here is pretty good and pretty quick. The service here is ok just I think the inside is pretty dirty and the cleaning needs to be improved but overall I recommend.
Bugs!!! Yesterday I went to lunch and was bitten multiple times by something at the booth there directly behind the soda fountain. I didn't see what it was but when my arms started to burn and itch I went right to the bathroom to wash. That's when the welts from the bites started to appear. The manager was informed and told me she had just reported ants to pest control. Maybe it's just me, but this is my second try at Panera, and both absolute failures. After not being able to get any employee to help me at the Indiantown Road store, today I tried the Alton store. It seems Panera has no employees. You stand around waiting at the counter looking around, waiting, even calling out, and you just can't get any service. So this time I left. Either everyone is avoiding me, or Panera has some serious Employee Engagement issues.
Good experience and fast.
