Went in ordered my food at the self order and sat down. Got a text that my food was ready. Went to the counter to find an old lady confused sticking her finger on my sandwich before walking away with it. Asked them about my food they couldn’t find it because an old lady left with it. Then she walks back saying she didn’t touch the food after taking it. I’m obviously frustrated at this point and then the lady behind the counter gets aggressive with me and tells me that they are doing the best they can and will remake my food.... read more
Sometimes it is a hit or miss at this location. I could be the only person in line at 8am and it still takes 10 mins after ordering to wait for a bagel and treat. Other then wait times staff is usually friendly and helpful.
This is a great Panera! My food is always delicious and ready when I arrive if I place an order ahead. The service is always very friendly, I will definitely keep on returning here!
Good Panera. The food was great. Service was good, and the restaurant was clean. Post soccer tourney quick eats and better than fast food. It’s gotten expensive though.
