Fast and friendly service.
I suspect this store has issues with staffing. I placed a mobile Lunch order. And then waited in line for over 30 minutes with cars backed up in front of and behind me to get my Order. This is the second time this has happened. The first time the manager explained that the computers were down and offered me a coupon for a meal at in the future. This time, no explanation, no apology nothing and once you're in line you're stuck.
Service was rude at this location. Bread for the Italian sub was so hard you could not bite it to it. I ask for a receipt it took 15 minutes for them to print it out. I started noticing the kitchen staff. All that was working was young people. Three boys had long hair without hair nets. I will never go back to this location.
