I have frequented this location for quite a few months now. Mainly in the morning to lunch hours. Love how simple the new kiosk system is for ordering. Nice clean organized store. There is a woman I've come to know named Sally that works the register and also the dining room. She floats around making sure the place is clean and everyone is happy and needs are met. I go out of my way to go to this particular location for her because she makes it a better experience.
A greeting with a smile and a "good morning" go along way towards making me feel appreciated. Sally has that way about her. With a bright smile, she can calmly take your order, or engage you in small talk that makes you feel welcome. She really is a gem among so many rocks. Thanks Panera!
One of my favorite places to have a great meal!
Always clean. Smells like soup, bread, and mac & cheese; This place is heaven what more can you want. Oh and there’s more they innovate with tea.
