My boyfriend and I have visited this Panera Bread location many times, but unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. We came in for dinner and waited approximately five minutes for someone to take our order. Since no one was available to assist us, we decided to use the self-service kiosk instead. Very nice, spacious and clean. Prompt, courteous staff. Food is served fast and they keep your coffee cup full.
THE WORST MEAL FOR PRICE EVER!! These lame salads in a bun. Sounds good, they make it look large, and with plenty of food inside. WHAT A JOKE. Look at this the sandwhich is not even as large as a $1 bill for $12!!! DO NOT buy this a complete waste of money. And when confronting the staff "sorry that is what you ordered". Not even how can we rectify this situation. I will never go back to Panera and I will absolutely tell everyone this story, not that this store or the corporate office cares at all.
Went indoors to buy a loaf of bread waited for some time for person to come from backroom and than another three or four to obtain receipt. Bad service.
