Sandwich not warm— went to stand by the beverage machine to wait for my order/ did not hear my name called. Walked to see if plate on counter might be my order: it was. Tomato soup: neutral Bread of sandwich barely toasted Cheese: appears to have been everywhere Outside the sandwich. I ate the soup: tore off pieces of the sandwich then discarded, just couldn’t. Restaurant was clean and restrooms too.
