Hello, I was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at Panera Bread around noon on July 8th. The employee on duty at the time behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner toward me and my children. Their behavior was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I ordered food in the drive through. They did not alert me it would take ages to come out. I got to the front window and paid. I had not seen anyone since until I received my food 20 minutes later. Absolutely terrible. Go to a different one not the Chapel View one.
Great food and a cozy atmosphere make this spot one of my go-to places! I love their fresh bakery items and the variety of soups and sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making each visit a pleasant experience.
Went with a friend The scones are also delicious. There were two employees who were making customers food orders. The girl had no hair net and the guy had a baseball hat on which he kept touching. I did not see either of them wearing gloves and as food prep its a law. Pretty gross! More recently i was with my dog on the patio and was approached by a woman who was preaching her religion and handed me a pamphlet.
