This is the best Panera around I tried Panera in Smithfield and was very disappointed
I used to come here on a weekly basis until my order was consistently wrong. I stopped coming for a long time. It's been about a year now and I came back and ordered a bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. Super simple. What did I get? A bagel. The slip on the bag has everything I ordered yet they only put a bagel in the bag. Had to go back in and ask for butter, cream cheese, and a knife. This is a problem, every single time I come no matter what I order there is an issue with the order.
My soup opened up in the bag and it emptied onto my seat.
I have the pick two with the chicken and pepperoni sandwich and the Mac & cheese side. The M&C was very good, with a rich cheesy sauce and properly al dente noodles but it was a little small for the price. The sandwich was also very good with lots of chicken, pepperoni and cheese. The tomato sauce was ok but a little bland. Service was a bit slow, but it was crowded. Prices are OK and the sandwich was too large to eat at one sitting. so good leftovers! It also came with a side of chips, bread or an apple
THE SIP ALL DAY PROMO... IS "A" OK!... And sometimes they give out "free" samples too! Love the Dragon Fruit and Pomegranate Drinks too! 🐲🍹
