Rude Drive-Thru Service and Disappointing Food Quality I was in the Garden City area today and decided to order lunch from this Panera. Because of the heavy rain, I placed my order for drive-thru pickup. Unfortunately, the customer service was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Hello, I was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at Panera Bread around noon on July 8th. The employee on duty at the time behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner toward me and my children. Their behavior was unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
