The manager on duty (female) on 2/25 around 6 PM was rude and dismissive. The bread was hard, the tables were sticky and dirty, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. I went to The Habit (nearby) the very next day and honestly had to come back and update this review because the difference was huge.
