I placed an order online for delivery as I’m ill, I ordered a chai latte that was warm. When my order was delivered I received a cold chai latte, Katy who was so very kind and sweet got me all fixed up. She personally called me back to assure things were taken care and I’d receive the correct order asap. Katy, you are so amazing for being such a wonderful and kind person to me. I’ve had a rough week and this small jester melted my heart. Never stop being wonderful, and thank you so very much!!
