First time I ordered the half Tomato Basil BLT was in Boston and I really enjoyed it the sandwich was very well filled that the mixed greens were falling out when bitten into and more than just two thickly sliced tomatoes were inside. Well yesterday I ordered the same half sandwich from Everett Ma location and it was so flat hardly any greens in it and one an a half thin sliced tomatoes it was so dry compared to the one I bought in Boston. Shame on Panera Bread

The Tall Older African American gentleman, ohhhhhh man, i must say, wonderful customer service! He explained everything on the menu for us to better understand! He was polite, smiles, and just overall excellent! Give this man a raise pleaseeeeeee
