The Tall Older African American gentleman, ohhhhhh man, i must say, wonderful customer service! He explained everything on the menu for us to better understand! He was polite, smiles, and just overall excellent! Give this man a raise pleaseeeeeee
The employees at this Panera are incredibly lazy; they pay no attention to the coffee station. Every afternoon, they forget to refill the coffee carafes. I just had to ask an employee—for the third time—to check the carafes that were empty. All he said was "sorry" and that he had forgotten. It shows a total lack of commitment to their work, while I, as a customer, am left here waiting and waiting for him to finally get around to doing his job. It’s ridiculous. This is supposed to be a bakery...I mean, they have their own bread. Well, in this Panera you can break a tooth by eating their bread.
Great food and a cozy atmosphere! The variety of fresh salads and delicious pastries always keep me coming back. Staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant experience every time!
