Was very disappointed in this Panera Bread. Came here a few weeks ago. Got two different sandwiches, a salad and bowl of Mac and cheese. Nothing was good at all. Sandwiches were horrible. The salad was ok. Mac and cheese was watered down cheese. Not what I’m used to when I go to other locations. Was a real disappointment. Spoke to a manager and they just shrugged it off.
Feel the need to call this out as I left totally frustrated. Went for lunch, ordered soup and sandwich w piece of bread. Got chips instead of bread and brought chips up and asked for bread, she said bread was still in oven. Ok fine. Went back to my table and 5 min later woman next to me walks up w her plate and there’s bread so I figured it was done. Went back up and asked and woman was very rude and said there’s no bread. Watched everyone else have bread. What’s soup without bread. Just left frustrated.
Do not go through the drive through. Takes forever. Waited almost 30 min in line and the line wasnt even long. And the food was cold.

Typically great food. Reasonable prices.
