I went out of my way to order a bunch of bagels for my coworkers, I ordered around 50 and granted that a lot I get it. But to go up to the counter to grab my order and be told. “May I make a suggestion, maybe next time order 2 days before.” By an older miserable lady working at the counter is crazy. If it was that big of a deal I would’ve gone to Dunkin Donuts instead.
This is my second time here at this Panera an both experiences have been so undesirable. Both times the tables where all dirty. No biggie right I got some napkins and whipped our table down. The buzzer goes off I go to collect our meals and the where completely un edible the amount of grease in the sandwiches wouldn’t even allow us to hold it in our hands. We also order strawberry Fresca lemonades and it had rotten fruit bits in it. This is completely unacceptable meal was $43 for two sandwiches and two drinks.
If you are looking for any Frozen drinks including the newest ones, try somewhere else because they are always sold out on frozen drinks
Cashier packs food(bagels) with same gloves she just handled money with. Cashier was wearing gloves while working register out of fear of the germs from the money to herself yet then goes to pack raw bagels with the same gloves on. Disgusting.
