Worst Panera I've ever gone to. If you enjoy not getting what you ordered, missing items that you've paid for and consistent disappointment, put in an order for pickup.
Jordan is the best kind of human being you want to run into during a dilemma. She went above and beyond. She takes care of the people around her. Her reliability is incredible. She left zero crumbs.You guys are lucky to have her! Xo
Went in for lunch on 6/19at 1pm, it was busy but not packed. There was a line at the kiosk so I went to the counter to order. Employee wasn’t very nice, cold, blah service. We went to grab a table and the dining room was filthy. Tables were dirty, sticky, covers in crumbs and food. There were several empty tables but it was hard to find one to sit at that wasn’t filthy. The trash was overflowing with garbage and tons of dishes. We waited about 25 min for food, it was mediocre. I won’t be back.
