I’m writing this review because of the bad experience I had today at Panera. I ordered a steak and wake, which includes steak, scrambled egg and cheese on ciabatta. After waiting 20 mins for the order, I received my “steak and wake” which had just steak and a slice of an onion- no egg included! After bringing this to their attention, instead of making a new sandwich, which should have happened, they plopped a piece of scrambled egg on my plate. Ordered in the drive-through, pulled up to the window and waited 15+ minutes. For a bagel and a black coffee. I didn’t order a wedding cake, I didn’t ask for my tax returns to be done, I ordered a bagel and a black coffee. I paid for it at the window and waited another 15 minutes until I received it and it wasn’t the way I ordered it.
This place is gross, nothing like the other ones I’ve been too. Expired cream cheese because I got it separate on the side, the bagel was grilled and stale. Coffee you have to make it yourself ? No not into that at all touching everything everyone else touches. No half and half in the bottle. The covers have the hole so it spills all over the place and I didn’t fill it up for the reason.
