I’ve ordered from this Panera location many times and have generally had consistent experiences, which is why today’s order was so disappointing. First, although I double-checked my delivery address in the app, the address changed by one digit after submission. The resulting address does not exist. Instead of contacting me or following the address shown in the app, the delivery driver chose to leave my food at an entirely different location on a different street.
