Yummy food! Excellent atmosphere!! Love this decor! My favorite meal is Fuji Apple Chicken Salad.
This Panera is normally clean inside. I think they should clean their bathrooms more often, however. The staff at the drive through window needs better training in customer service. A smile and positive attitude goes a long way. Also, better attention to detail when I’m providing my order. There is one gentleman at the window who provides fantastic customer service I’m not sure what his name is; he has tattoos on his hands and a beard and he does a fantastic job. The other staff members could learn from him!
Ordered drinks over the app for delivery. I am used to my drinks being sealed at the top upon delivery. My drinks came unsealed and very much suspect. I called and spoke with the manager Mark, he stated that they do have seals for drinks, but just haven’t done it in a while bc they just don’t want to, and his attitude was just like a oh well. I asked can I get my drinks redelivered and sealed, he said I would have to place another order and pay again just for them to send me sealed drinks. Out ya mind. Unsanitary and suspect... read more
