This place gets worse every time i come here for months now, i keep hoping it will go back to how it used to be but its terrible. Stale tortilla strips for my soup, last time no strips at all, bread is constantly hard and chewy like its made in a microwave anymore, chicken is undercooked last 2 times i got it i cant even order the chicken anymore. Its sad for a place with bread in the name they have terrible bread anymore i can hardly bite through. RIP Panera "bread"

This location has been consistently disappointing. They can never seem to get the chicken noodle soup right. Every time I order it, it has little to no chicken or noodles, and it’s mostly just broth. On July 12 at approximately 1:30 PM, I called to let them know about the issue. The young manager told me the soup comes premade and said that if I didn’t like it, I could buy it somewhere else and not come back to the store. Gross had a sandwich here for lunch today and a BUG crawled out of it so it did not fly in the sandwich but instead while I was eating/consuming the sandwich it crawled out from under it between the pieces of the bread on the sandwich!! Panera not happening for me again anytime in the future. They need to get rid of the BUGS on their food line and stop serving food with BUGS to customers!!

Dingy atmosphere, some ceiling tiles are buckles, scrapes and dings on the walls. Bathrooms were unkempt. Woman who took our order never acknowledged us, or looked at us; she barely spoke. Sandwich was meh, and the salad had a lot of the core so the lettuce in it, and not much of the green leaves. Overall mood of the place is depressing.
