It was disappointing to found not even luke warm coffe in 2 of the coffe Potts, I had to asked the nice lady to give me hot coffe from the drive through coffe pots, she said they were going to place fresh hot coffe out on the dinning service area, but we finished our meal and I didn't notice anyone coming to change the coffe pots. I don't like my hot coffee to be cold. 😠. The summer squash soup is great, that is why I come to panera bread, my partner really enjoyed the spicy steak sandwich.
This used to be the best Panera. Short staff in the kitchen, smaller portions. Soup was cold. Carpet was filthy.Manager doing business in dinning room. Won't be back
