The food was good but I waited almost an hour for my 1 sandwich and a bowl of soup. The staff I did interact with were nice I was given a free cookie. But an hour wait is unacceptable. There were lots of people standing around waiting on food which made the waiting area cramped and awkward.
Food is good but I ordered online to pick up at 12:50 and I ordered over an hour in advance and still had to wait 20 minutes or more for my order eventhough I showed up at 1:00pm to pick up
Available seats. The place overall was clean. And the food and service was as expected
Placed order online at 7:20 AM order estimated to be completed at 7:40 AM arrived at store at 7:35 order showed ready at 7:55 but the store kept working other tickets even though they marked my order complete while it sat in the back for another 10 minutes until I asked what was going on, and then they finally finished making it which all it needed was a couple things of cream cheese added to the bag But somehow they lost the ticket and they thought it was a good idea to just ignore it and work everybody else’s ticket while ... read more
