I was very surprised the customer service went down so much at this location. If the team manager Naylor is so unhappy he shouldn’t be preparing food. He also messed up my bakery item. I will stick to Bay Plaza location going forward.
I love this Panera Bread and I’ve ordered from here so many times. Honorable mention to their General Manager Brian who was extremely kind and patient regarding taking care of me and my friends order. The place was clean and well taken care of. The fireplace really brings a beautiful ambience to the place, overall enhancing the comfort of the restaurant. Definitely would return and bring more friends.
