Been here 3 times, every time they take over 1/2 an hour to bring order out Not being exaggerated. Literally over 30 minutes
The last few times I've been to this location has been beyond disappointing. My salad to go, the full version is barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. Wrong dressing was provided. I will spend my money elsewhere going forward. Do better!
I ordered from the app and did a drive through pick up. I arrive after the order was supposed to be done but spent more than 20 minutes in the drive through even though there was only 1 person in front of me. The staff obviously didn't care. They were slow and sounded like they didn't want to be there. Got home and one of my sandwiches was super salty, soup and salad was OK. I usually love Panera so I was super disappointed with this experience.
The slowest staff with the least amount of urgency I've ever seen. On 2 separate occasions I've waited 10 minutes for just a plain bagel. Spend your morning anywhere else.
