Only using drive through for stupid app pickup and not allowing us to make orders in the drive through line at all. No thanks! Over a year later tried again… not only do they not take orders in the the drive thru and claim staffing reason when it’s obviously lazy incompetent reasons. I even went inside it took almost 20 minutes standing at the counter for someone to take my order!! Not a single employee seemed to care.
I always get excellent food at Panera's and this time was no different except for the appearance and the cost. The new Italian Steak & Mozzarella Sandwich was not a total disappointment but darn near. The seasoning of this sandwich is to die for but when I pulled the package out it looked different than advertised on the menu. I expected a sandwich, not a half a sandwich. I ordered the food and requested the toast it but never did it. I requested to talk with the manager but never received a response. I will never visit. Poor service and very unprofessional.
I’m really upset about what happened to my uncle at this location. He went to get change for a bill because he wanted to leave a tip, and they tried to charge him a dollar just to break his money. They told him, “the company charges to give change,” which I know for a fact isn’t true — I used to work at this location and also at the one in Frandor. It really bothered me because my uncle’s English isn’t the best (mine is, so I know exactly what was said), and he was just trying to do something nice by tipping. Instead, it fel... read more
