I am absolutely bummed! This place is a mess. The one here in Lansing Mi by target. You all should be ashamed of your work ethic. Making people wait 20 minutes for their food. The service is lacking serious courtesy and people skills. Teenagers and management are terrible. Almost always missing my items I am paying a pretty decent price for. Not one of my favorite places to eat. Food is average. Service is horribly slow. Just not worth the wait anymore.
I think this one needs to be shut down until you all really figure out the management situation here because just the simple fact that there’s no greeters when you’re at the window for about 10 minutes l Unprofessional she still never said hi when I was at the window never said oh I’m sorry you wait And then Continue to take her time
