Great staff!! Good food.
If I could give a negative number for my review I would. Placed an order at 1:00 and proceeded to watch the one guy working the inside window wander around like he was lost. Fast forward 40 minutes and still no food. Manager or owner wandered through the dining room twice and ignored the dozens of people sitting without food or drink in front of them. Worst Panera experience ever. Will never be back.
Went through the drive-thru while I was feeling sick, first time ever to Panera, and they gave me an extra soup different from the one I ordered and a side all for free and said it was to help with my sore throat. Very kind gesture.
This is the worst and slowest Panera that I have ever been to. I will not be returning.
