Held off on writing this review because I love Panera, but this location is terrible. I’ve tried the 9th St location 3 times over the past month, and never had a good experience. Would suggest going to any other location in Durham. Each time I’ve had a pickup order placed in the app. It’s like they have contests on who can make food the sloppiest. Why the bathroom code ?
Stopped in quickly to get a breakfast sandwich as it was convenient to my schedule and location. Ordered at the kiosk. My order wasn't correct but found out after I left.
My sister has been in the hospital for over a week and has several more to go. The employees at Panera always take extra care with my food allergies! No matter how busy they get that always have a smile.
