I wanted to provide feedback about my experience today. I frequently have issues with incorrect orders at the drive-thru, and I’m also rarely asked if I have a phone number with Panera. Today, I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar, was told it was unavailable, and requested a bowl of potato soup instead.
