Here is a review of this mornings visit at the location on 12 mi and Halstead. The booth was very dirty with food and various paper items in the back of the booth and in between the cushions. The table top seemed like it had been wiped with a dirty rag because it felt somewhat sticky and had a dirty smell to it. The men's restroom had no paper towels and on a second attempt to use the restroom the lights were not working. The coffee urn for the light roast was out and I had to ask to have it refilled. I arrived at about 8:15... read more
Not a Healthy Place – I have been eating at Panera Bread as a visitor at the nearby EO Inn for five years. The Panera was much more vibrant at that time. Now it is over run by customers and service is very slow in the morning. It also has undependable opening hours and the only healthy breakfasrt stuff is never ready in the morning for the first hour or so after they open. They seem very disorganized

Support a local market instead – Panera can give you a bagel and not cut it, and not toast it and give you lousy service. If this is something you are into, be my guest, go to Panera. But if you want supperior service, look for a local market to support.
Not Impressed – I love Panera, but this location was less than satisfactory. I've never been there during lunch, but during evening hours the employees behind the counter seemed to be clueless local highschoolers. Placing our order was nightmarish, and then we were made to run back and forth from the food-line to the bakery because they forgot to give us our food, and the workers were rather rude.
None Better – A must try, if they only server bread and pastry they would still be hard to beat. Their Tuscan chicken sandwich and home made soups are worth the trip. A little crowded at lunch but well worth the wait.
Panera Bread has no reviews yet.
Panera Bread is open now. It will close at 8:30 p.m.
