First we meet to see what we had and what I wanted to do.justin gave me bid and some options I choose the the plan he suggested.then made a appointment to have it put in and he had all the parts ready.plus I decided to add something else and he had all the parts was puin 1 and a half days .we added a 400 watt charger,and added another battery which I had plus put in a new charger to charge faster. I made an appointment on the phone. I had gotten Justin's name from another gentleman. I met that had programmed my solar system. I take full responsibility for not doing the job completely the way it needed to be done. I am not a Solar Installer per se but I'm a jack of all trades kind of guy.
