We were on a trip from Wyoming to Florida staying at Havest Host locations. We scheduled two nights at Panels Up Solar so we could visit Laurel MS again, one of my favorite cities! On our first night there before morning our battery was DEAD! Sales team is very unprofessional, when reaching out instead of receiving a helpful or neutral reply the tone of the response was rude and confrontational, I was treated very poorly. When potential customers reach out with questions, they should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. The interaction left a very poor impression of their customer service and sales team, Based on this experience I would hesitate to to recommend them to anyone. Do not work with them if you expect polite and decent customer service.
I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. I have been full time living in a camper since June 2025. Campgrounds are nice enough, but they have so many limitations. I wanted to be able to go elsewhere, and really be able to camp on my own if desired. I have water, and waste, tanks on board, but I really didn't want to have to carry a large generator just to be able to run any kind of comfort appliances such as my fridge, AC, water heater, etc...
