Poor customer service and experience and poor works would not be recommend by me
Very polite and friendly team will always use them
Don't take your car here to get painted. They messed my car up the first time and forgot to reconnect my taillights but luckily I noticed before I was involved in an accident. Some apprentice painted it and he did an awful job. The owner also didn't inspect my car before I picked it up. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant and tried to make me feel like it was my fault because I drove a Holden and he hates working on Holdens, in reality he has either apprentices or some other kind of cheap workers do shoddy jobs. This is the 2nd time I have had my car repaired at Panelhaus and both times they have exceeded my expectations. Great communication from start to finish. Very impressed with their work once again. Thank you team!
