I have been going to Panel Pit since I have owned a car (over 25 years). The level of workmanship , service , communication and ease is outstanding. I would never go to anyone else , I even listed on my insurance to choose on repairer so I could use panel pit if ever an accident. I highly recommend this smash repairer to everyone and they always had the same 5 star experience.
Awful experience, they did a horrible job on my car and aren't forthcoming in their communication
If I had the option for no stars I would give it. My car was supposed to be ready in a couple of days but after day 5 I can’t get in touch with Micheal and the shop is closed. The shop next door said he sometimes disappears for weeks. Now I don’t know when I’ll get my car back.
I had an EXCELLENT experience with Michael and the team at Panel Pit and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Navigating the insurance system is a difficult, time consuming and VERY STRESSFUL job and Michael was very generous and kind with his knowledge and explained every step to me in detail. Within days, my car was at the workshop and Michael provided me with a brand new replacement vehicle to use for the duration of the repairs.
