Wouldn't go anywhere else, Michael took care of my car and went above and beyond to make it look perfect again.
Have gone to these guys for a while but just recently had a bad experience with their accounts lady by the name of Lindsay. She was lovely when I hadn’t paid them yet and then I received the car with issues. She then offered me her team to come in and take a look at it but they’re separate and need to be organised by the smash repair guys. I have been going to Panel Pit since I have owned a car (over 25 years). The level of workmanship , service , communication and ease is outstanding. I would never go to anyone else , I even listed on my insurance to choose on repairer so I could use panel pit if ever an accident. I highly recommend this smash repairer to everyone and they always had the same 5 star experience.
Awful experience, they did a horrible job on my car and aren't forthcoming in their communication
If I had the option for no stars I would give it. My car was supposed to be ready in a couple of days but after day 5 I can’t get in touch with Micheal and the shop is closed. The shop next door said he sometimes disappears for weeks. Now I don’t know when I’ll get my car back.
