I had a very bad experience at this clinic. I went for my IRCC medical exam and was treated poorly because I don’t speak English fluently. I can understand English, but I have difficulty expressing myself. Because of this, I felt disrespected and, in the end, I was not even attended to. I was denied the service I had an appointment for due to my limited English. This is unacceptable in a medical setting.
