July 2023 Pane-Liss Glass Products Supply LLC was hired. February **** the Permit has been Abandoned. Over 5 months of no work. The 90 day abandonment in ******* is 90 days of no work. We've waited long enough.Pane-liss scheduled the first inspection Sept. 2023 then failed to show up =which means inspection failed. Then Pane-liss failed to reschedule the inspection. City of ********* Inspector tried to get the installers log book photos. Photos are **** Failed inspection means all 9 windows and door are required to come out.... read more

<p>***,</p><p>I have looked into this project and I can see that the final inspection was done by the municipality and passed. We did receive the entry door on this project with a dent and the factory re-made the door 2 times in order to get us a panel without the cosmetic issue. The inspection that was missed was due to us not being able to get access to the unit. Our person was there, but nobody was there to give access. No integrity with installation, quality or their word. I was promised ***** week turn around. After 26 weeks, my existing sliding door would not close. It came off in my hands . They sent their guy over to repair it. He introduced himself as ****. I later was told by the owner *****, that it was him (the owner of the company) posing as an employee. Lying about his identity. No apologies were offered to explain the delay. No courtesy calls. Just lying about who he was....When I called the company, I was told that they are a r... read more
Senior management is confrontational. They don't take ownership of their actions and instead blame their employees and/or customers for errors that as management, only they can resolve. Would not recommend them to anyone.
