I got shorted material and couldn't finish my project. Thanks for making me look like a idiot. Material places like this make their money by telling you they are delivering a specific amount but sell you less. If you ask for a yard of material it will likely be 3/4 of a yard. This is how it works with the little mom and pop shop. But if you go to an o&g or tilcon you get exactly what you asked for. I ordered 6 yards. And MAYBE 4 was delivered. I got several yards of playground mulch delivered next day. They were very accommodating regarding the delivery which saved me a lot of time and labor. They were quick to respond to a change of plans, the price was very reasonable and the mulch was clean. I’m a long time customer of another mulch delivery service in Wethersfield, but plan on using Pane from now on. Great experience.
