Optimum is a racket. They charged my insurance company $12,000 for two epidural spinal injections. 10 times the normal rate. Which didn’t work at all. I have a PPO, and they still billed me over $400. Office copay charge is $50 and mysteriously send me a bill for $180 . That no one can tell me what it is for. I honestly don’t think he knows your name while he sticking a needle in your back. They seem To be trying to do them as many as fast as they can on the days they do injections.
