This was a hard day for us. The staff were very thoughtful, compassionate, and professional. I am thankful to still find caring people in this world . Thank you for helping my mom with her sweet little Ivy ❤️
Absolutely great business and customer service. We live in Lake Country, but are more than willing to make the drive to Pandosy Vet. Our cat needed 13(!!) teeth out, and they were great during the entire process. They kept us informed throughout the procedure, gave us detailed instructions for aftercare, called the morning after the surgery to check in on the Kitty. Amazing staff, amazing doctors. Dr Dani was the one who helped us, and we are beyond grateful for everything she’s done.
Very very easy decision to go here. No matter what the outcome will be, I know my cat was in very good hands. So polite, so knowledgable and I have no qualms with the price structure. The care provided before and after was above board.
