My wife loved these flowers for Mother's Day, they were amazing and the delivery person was so nice!!
Ordering flowers from out of state can leave you feeling doubtful that what you have in mind and what is delivered will be the same. We ordered flowers to be sent to a loved one that had just lost their mother. We are more than happy with the arrangement that was delivered and the communication throughout the process was unexpected, but greatly appreciated! We will definitely be using Pandora's Posies for our future floral needs
Absolutely the most horrible customer service. Never delivered the flowers and did not get anyone to help with this. Called the customer service and just kept getting put on hold for over 1.5 hours. An absolute joke.
I cannot say enough great things about Pandora's Posies and its incredible owner, Kim! Yesterday, I received a personal email from Kim after the shop had already closed, which was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. She informed me that due to the upcoming inclement weather, she was going above and beyond by coming in on Sunday—despite her shop typically being closed—to complete orders scheduled for Monday.
