Pandora is the best tattoo artist I have ever dealt with!
I called asking a general question. She yelled when she answered. I asked her about the piercing. And she said this a tattoo shop not jewelry. And before I could get another word out she hung up in my face. Very rude I wouldn’t spend a dime of my money with them.
