I visited the Sylvia Park Pandora store and was helped by Christa. Despite being busy and working on her own that day, she still provided excellent service. She was helpful, patient, and made sure I was looked after. Really appreciated her professionalism and kindness it was a much better experience compared to what I had at the Newmarket store. Thank you, Christa!

I bought few items from Pandora Sylvia Park and I wanted to return those items, their staff said they can’t return it because manager is not available today and I will have to come back. Also had a chat with customer service and they kept me waiting at the store for more than an hour just to check with store staff about why can’t they return it which I already told them over chat. Received top notch service from the beautiful JB. Despite the Mother’s Day rush, she somehow made it a calm and pleasant experience and helped my sister and I pick out beautiful, meaningful charms for our Mum. Very thankful!

Yesterday (10/5/25) afternoon my sister and I were helped out/rang up by JB and her customer service was stellar!! It was absolutely busy in the store with an endless flow of customers but amidst all that, JB saw that we hadn’t been seen by anyone and took us in immediately after finishing up with another customer.
