Thanks so much to Amy and Lucas at Pandora Robina!! They were both super helpful and had so much knowledge in all areas and products!! I received help with cleaning my jewellery and sizing my charm bracelet!! Thank you so much Amy and Lucas you guys were so friendly and made my experience at pandora amazing!! I’ll definitely be back! :)

I would like to send a massive Thankyou to the staff at the Robina store. I have been chasing a new bracelet for my mum and have struggled to find the charms I wanted. One trip to your store and I got everything I needed including some extras :) massive thanks to Kim for being so amazing and taking the time and having the patience to go through everything with me to make sure it was perfect! Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Made my mums birthday perfect, Thankyou!

I went into Pandora today to exchange a bangle as it was the wrong sizing. I was greeted by a lovely younger woman who was very helpful. However there was a very rude older woman who shouldn’t be in customer service if she is going to be so openly rude and dismissive to customers. I don’t think it’s very professional to roll your eyes and huff at customers but clearly the old bag at Pandora robina does.
