Awful customer service. We walk in, no one else in the shop except for us and the 2 workers. We don't get a hello, or how can I help you until having almost looked at every case in the shop and waiting standing at a case to be served! I came in wanting 2 charms and was on the verge of walking out after not being acknowledged for so long. We then get a 'can I help you' to which I reply, 'we'll yeah that would be nice' in a sarcastic tone because now I'm pissed. I have been a very loyal customer to Pandora, visiting at least 20 stores around the world. This one’s customer service and attention from the staff was poor! I think she needs training and she seemed the least bothered and unprofessional. She needs to be told that customers bring her paycheck to her.
CATHY was ridiculously rude and a miserable employee. Clearly did not want to serve us, not friendly at all. If it wasn't for the fact that I didn't want the kiwi bird charm, would not have purchased it from here. She even dropped it onto the table, did not handle it with care AT ALL. TERRIBLE service. Read the comments and it seems like heaps of people have complained about her but clearly the management is not doing anything about it.
